Raising Highly Capable Kids (RHCK) is a 13-week evidence-based parenting program developed to build stronger families by empowering parents with the confidence, tools, and skills they need to raise healthy, caring, and responsible children.
Our program increases parents’ knowledge and skill level of the essential building blocks every child needs — the 40 Developmental Assets from Search Institute,which are proven to increase childhood resiliency and academic achievement.
Ketty Kerns
Ketty was born in Colombia and grew up in the Middle East and Asia. She brings over 20 years of experience in Global Content Creation. As a Program Rep and Bilingual Trainer at RezilientKidz, her passion is to engage with community-based organizations supporting healthy family development, teaching new facilitators how to utilize the curriculum as a preventative and proactive measure to create meaningful, fun, and impactful conversations.
Ketty’s new adventure is paddle boarding with her husband, two children, and their dog.

Raising Highly Capable Kids is Proven to Impact Kids & Families
Our programs are built upon extensive research, and developed by experts in family development. The program is built upon decades of extensive research on the 40 Developmental Assets by Search Institute, and has been verified as an evidence-based program by an independent third-party evaluation that included 300 parents at three sites in different states.
I’ve tried many things to create a sense of community amongst the parents and families at our school, and nothing has been more effective than the way that the RHCK program has created that for our families as a by-product of going through the class together.
